All Users Of Divine Agreed To This At The Time of Sign Up
This policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellations, refunds, and chargeback disputes for Divine ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, services, and community, you agree to the terms below. This policy applies to all paid memberships and subscriptions, including those processed through Whop or other third-party platforms.
1. Email Subscribers
Members subscribed to our free email lists can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any Divine email.
Important:
Unsubscribing from one list does not automatically remove you from all Divine communications.
Transactional emails and other Divine-affiliated newsletters may still be received.

2. Paid Membership Cancellations
a. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Members may cancel their paid subscription at any time by following the cancellation process for their respective platform:
Whop Users:
Log into your Whop account → Navigate to "Membership Hub" → Select “Cancel Subscription.”
Other Platforms (if applicable): Follow the platform-specific cancellation instructions.
If you experience issues canceling, contact Whop Customer Support or open a Support Ticket in the Divine Discord for assistance.
b. What Happens After Cancellation?
Access to premium content and features may be revoked immediately or remain active until the end of the billing cycle, depending on the platform.
Your membership will not renew, and no further charges will be made.
Your account will be downgraded to a free membership, which may still include limited community access and email updates.
3. Refund & Chargeback Policy
a. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a Divine subscription, you acknowledge that refunds will not be issued for any reason, including:
Early cancellation before the end of a billing cycle.
Unused time remaining in a subscription period.
Dissatisfaction with the service or content provided.
Refund requests will only be honored if required by applicable law.
b. Chargeback Disputes
Chargebacks against Divine will be contested to the fullest extent.
By subscribing, you waive your right to initiate chargebacks for any membership fees.
If a chargeback is attempted:
Your account may be permanently banned from Divine services.
You will be prohibited from rejoining, even under a new account.
We reserve the right to pursue legal action or collection efforts for fraudulent chargebacks.
4. Policy Updates & Contact Information
Divine reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
